2007 Road Bikes

2007 has seen a huge increase in the interest in Racing cycles. This increase has meant a large development in the Road racing bike scene, with us stocking some of the best bikes around. We now have instock brands such as Specialized, Wilier, Giant , Moulton, Raleigh, with prices ranging from as little as £200 and going up to £3000 .The Wilier and Specialized range is of particular interest with them having teams in this years Tour de France. Lampre team riders will be using Wilier bikes.

2007 Mountain Bikes

2007 has seen the introduction of Giant mountain bikes into our vast range of Mountain bikes. With models starting in price as little as £150 and rising to £2000.
With the mountain bike interst as strong as ever the new rider has to decide between cross country meduium travel bikes to the much larger travel downhill cycles.
At West end cyles we stock the best brands around including Norco, Kona, Marin ,Specialized, Giant, Mountain bikes.
We also have a number of last year models. In our bike bargains section you will be able to browse through the 2006 bikes at much reduced prices on the 2007 prices.

Womens Bikes

Ladies bikes have a more compact geometry, this means a more compact frame narrow handlebars compared to the gents model. Ladies bikes also are fitted with wider saddles softer handlebar grips and reduced reach brake levers.

Bike Bargains

This section is devoted to bikes that are brand new but are not current production models. Therefore these bikes attract much larger discounts , although the sizes available will be limited . Which usually means when the size has gone no further stock is available.

The hybrid section offers a bike which will travel on rough un made roads such as forestry commision fire roads and country lanes. It is also the ideal bike for fast commuting in the town or the City. It benefits from having many gears and semi slick tyres which offers another dimension to a comfortable touring bike.
It is possible to add accessories such as mudguards carriers and pannier bags.
